"Krystealle Franco Realtor with RE/MAX Gold is inexperienced, extremely difficult hardheaded temperamental and unprofessional agent. As part of negotiations I was asked by this agent to submit an offer and I did on a property that they have overpriced way way way too high. The following couple days I text her to follow up on my offer and she rudely said “your offer was too low”. As part of negotiations I’ve asked what are the owners countering with and again with her major nasty attitude she says “we don’t want to counter, your offer was way too low.” Which in other words means “we are not selling you this property even if you pay full price now”. If this is how business is done these days without give and take as part of a professional negotiations then nobody on earth would do business successfully. I wished her good luck selling their 9 times overpriced burned property and I left it at that but I felt the need that people must know that Krystealle cannot control her temperament and behave like a professional when it comes to serious negotiations so unprofessional.
